Please be aware that the demand for the Energy and Money Saving Service is now at an all-time high and as a result you will need to be referred into the scheme by one our partners, rather than applying directly. We are temporarily closing new applications that come directly from the general public.
If you think you would benefit from the service, you can call the freephone advice line which is delivered in partnership with the Environment Centre on 0800 804 8601 and ask to be referred into LEAP, or email us at energysaving@portsmouthcc.gov.uk and a member of the team will get back to you.
Applications already submitted might not be handled for several weeks. We apologise for the inconvenience and are working quickly to process all applications.
We work closely with partners LEAP to deliver the Energy and Money Saving Service. After being referred into the scheme you will receive a phone call from a friendly and highly qualified LEAP energy adviser to carry out this service. The adviser will also arrange a home visit if appropriate, to ensure you receive the help that’s most useful to you.
